I love the wide open spaces of Nebraska and Kansas, and last summer, I visited the wide open spaces of Inverness, Scotland. I grew up on a row crop and cow-calf farm in south-central Nebraska, and I’m a writer who loves sharing the stories of American agriculture with both rural and urban audiences.
